Fitness solutions tailored for moms
Your body can to amazing things. I’ll help you get there.
I genuinely believe anyone can
achieve their big goals.
I’m Kat, and I aim to inspire those who think they can't by supporting them through excellent strength and conditioning programming and leading by example.
As moms, we tell our kids the same things:
You are strong
Believe in yourself
If ____ jumped off a bridge, would you!?I
But in all seriousness - I would never ask a client to do something I would never be willing to do.
We’re in this together. You are strong, and I believe you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.
Reclaim Your Strength
The fitness industry tells us to "get our pre-baby body back" as if our worth is tied to how we look or how fast we recover.
Pregnancy and postpartum are already incredibly challenging times—emotionally, physically, and mentally. But here's the truth: those aches, pains, and pelvic floor issues don’t have to be permanent.
They aren’t the price you pay for motherhood. The fitness world has been telling you to ignore your needs, and it’s unacceptable.
You can have better
KatFit exists to empower you to regain control over your body and fitness, no matter where you start.
This isn’t about quick fixes or rushing through recovery. It’s about rebuilding strength, one step at a time, in a way that honors your body and your life.
The fitness industry is failing women - and you deserve better.
In 2014, I was alone in a hospital room on bed rest, pregnant with my second son. I was sidelined by pregnancy complications.
Yet, the pressure was all around me—the expectation to “bounce back” quickly, the societal message that aches, pains, and pelvic floor issues were just the price you paid for motherhood.
At that moment, I knew we deserved better.
KatFit: For moms, by a mom
That day in the hospital, I made a decision. I was going to change the narrative.
I committed myself to helping women through the often-overwhelming journey of motherhood. I now equip women with the tools to redefine their relationship with their bodies.
My mission is clear: help mothers regain their strength, not for anyone else, but for themselves—to reclaim their worth.
I’ve been there. I’ve felt the frustration of being in a body that I thought had failed me, recovering from a complicated C-section that involved multiple incisions to save both my son and me. I remember the feeling of wanting to give up. But through it all, a little voice whispered, “I am worth it.”
That simple statement kept me going. Slowly, I regained the strength to move and trust my body again. And that’s what I want for you: to know you are worth the effort, worth the care, and worth the strength you build.
