Recommended Equipment
You don’t need a lot of equipment or a state-of-the-art gym to reach your goals, but some essential equipment can help.
All equipment listed below is used in the KatFit Strength Programs.
Most items listed below are compact and can be stored in a storage bin or a basket under a side table in your living room.
If you do not have the equipment, I recommend starting with the Mini Band Loops, Band Long Loops, Foam Roller, and, if possible, two sets of dumbbells (one set between 10-15 lbs and one set 20-35 lbs). I can help you decide on dumbbells.
Basic Equipment Needed:

Mini Band Loops
Mini loops are used in KatFit Strength workouts. They are great for travel & small enough to be tucked away. The fabric bands are a little more durable. The elastic bands work great though they can wear faster.

Long Loop Bands
These Loops are a great advanced addition to a home gym. They are used in KatFit Strength workouts. They are great for travel & small enough to be tucked away.

Set of Dumbbells
This is relative to your current fitness level. You can always add on. I do recommend at least a light and medium set to start. Dumbbells are used in KatFit Strength workouts. They are great for travel & small enough to be tucked away.
Resistance bands can be used as an alternative to starting with.
